Forever Love Weddings — Booking Terms

1. Reservation & Availability

   Your date and time are not officially reserved until your booking is completed and confirmed. Forever Love Weddings may decline or reschedule bookings if the selected time conflicts with travel, ceremony duration, or previously scheduled events.

2. Deposit & Payments

   A non‑refundable deposit is required depending on your service type. Consultations and funerals are exempt. Remaining balances are due according to the instructions in your confirmation email or client portal.

3. Contract Requirement

   All bookings except same day services and consultations require a signed digital service agreement. Your ceremony is not fully secured until the contract is completed.View the contract HERE

4. Communication & Updates

   All official communication will be sent to the email you provide during booking. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date.

5. Travel & Location Details

   If your ceremony location changes after booking, notify us as soon as possible. Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance and timing.

6. Late Arrivals & Delays

   Please ensure your ceremony begins on time. Delays of more than 15 minutes may shorten your ceremony window or require rescheduling depending on the day’s schedule or addtional fees.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

   Deposits are non‑refundable. If you need to reschedule, Forever Love Weddings will make every effort to accommodate your new date and time based on availability.

8. Weather & Outdoor Ceremonies

   For outdoor ceremonies, a backup plan is strongly recommended. Severe weather may require relocation or modification of the ceremony.

9. Legal Requirements

   You are responsible for obtaining your marriage license and ensuring it is valid on the day of your ceremony. Your officiant will sign and return the license according to state requirements.

10. Client Portal Access

    After booking, you will be routed to your Forever Love Weddings Client Portal, where you can manage:

    • Contract completion
    • Payment submissions
    • Ceremony details
    • Communication
    • Next steps and reminders
