How it all works.
1: Schedule a Consultation
- Book a consultation date and time online or give us a call to set it up.
2: Meet Your Officiant
- Bring any questions you have when we meet. I will also be asking you about your service preferences and how you envision your ceremony as well as any beliefs or cultures you may or may not want to include.
3: Secure Our Services
- If your service is more than 30 days away, a contract (available on our website under the services menu) and a $50 non-refundable deposit (available on our booking page) will be required to secure our services. We are not able to begin working on your scripts until the deposit is paid.
4: Develop Your Script
- We will start on your scripts for weddings, commitment services, or vow renewals. You can fill out an online form which will allow me to collect information on your relationship. The form may ask questions like how you met? Or we can schedule another consultation to go over the questions together. We will create three sample scripts for you to review and select elements from to create your final script, which you must approve. It is your story and it’s my job to put it all together and tell your story.
Ongoing Communication
- We will stay in touch throughout the process, and I provide gentle reminders, such as obtaining your marriage license from the clerk.
Rehearsal (Optional)
- If you choose to have a rehearsal, we will run through the motions and review the script as it will be performed for your service.
Service Day
- On the day of your ceremony, we will ensure everything goes smoothly and according to plan.
